1. Pre-Installation Inspections

Benefit: Before the project begins, we inspect the factory production quality of turbine components (tower, blades, nacelle, hub) and their condition during transport. This prevents damaged or defective equipment from reaching the site, avoiding major delays and costs at the very start of the project.

2. Mechanical Installation Inspections

Benefit: We inspect all critical mechanical installation steps, from turbine foundations and bolt torquing of tower sections to blade assembly and gearbox/generator alignment. An improper assembly is the number one cause of future vibrations, premature wear, and major failures. We help minimise this risk.

3. Electrical Installation Inspections

Benefit: We verify internal turbine cabling, grounding systems, control panels, and substation connections according to international standards (IEC). A faulty electrical connection can lead not only to production losses but also to severe safety hazards and fire risks. We verify electrical integrity and compliance.

4. Commissioning & Testing Supervision

Benefit: Commissioning is a critical project milestone, confirming that the turbines perform safely and in accordance with contractual requirements.

5. Final Walk-Down & Acceptance Inspections (PAC/FAC)

Benefit: Upon project completion, we conduct a final inspection to ensure the work delivered by the construction company complies with contract specifications and that all items on the "punch list" (list of pending items) are resolved. We ensure you get exactly what you are entitled to before you sign the Provisional (PAC) and Final Acceptance Certificates (FAC).
