OUR SERVICES

Quality Supervision / Independent Quality Inspection & Engineering Services

1. Pre-Installation Inspections

Benefit: Before the project begins, we inspect the factory production quality of turbine components (tower, blades, nacelle, hub) and their condition during transport. This prevents damaged or defective equipment from reaching the site, avoiding major delays and costs at the very start of the project.

2. Mechanical Installation Inspections

Benefit: We inspect all critical mechanical installation steps, from turbine foundations and bolt torquing of tower sections to blade assembly and gearbox/generator alignment. An improper assembly is the number one cause of future vibrations, premature wear, and major failures. We eliminate this risk.

3. Electrical Installation Inspections

Benefit: We verify internal turbine cabling, grounding systems, control panels, and substation connections according to international standards (IEC). A faulty electrical connection can lead not only to production losses but also to severe safety hazards and fire risks. We guarantee the electrical integrity and safety of your plant.

4. Commissioning & Testing Supervision

Benefit: This is the most critical phase where you get what you paid for. We supervise the functionality of the turbine and the safety systems.

5. Final Walk-Down & Acceptance Inspections (PAC/FAC)

Benefit: Upon project completion, we conduct a final inspection to ensure the work delivered by the construction company complies with contract specifications and that all items on the "punch list" (list of pending items) are resolved. We ensure you get exactly what you are entitled to before you sign the Provisional (PAC) and Final Acceptance Certificates (FAC).

Health & Safety Supervision

Benefit: Wind power plant sites are high-risk work environments. Our HSE experts supervise all operations from start to finish to ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). This service protects your investment from hidden costs and reputational damage by preventing work accidents, legal penalties, and incidents that could halt the project. A safe site is a productive project.

Site Management Supervision

Benefit: In large WPP projects, many different subcontractors (civil works, transport, crane, electrical, etc.) work simultaneously. Without effective coordination, chaos, delays, and cost overruns are inevitable. With our site management service, we act as the bridge between all these parties, optimizing workflows, ensuring efficient use of resources, and helping the project adhere to its schedule and budget.
